Refund Policy

This Refund policy describes how we handle refunds/replacements/returns.

If the product you have received is demonstrably past its shelf life at the time of receiving it, we are happy to issue a free replacement.

The Only Way Vegan Way Pvt Ltd does not assume liability for products that were stored improperly.

Subscription orders once placed cannot be refunded. Non-subscription orders exist for you to try out our products and decide if you’d like to subscribe to them.

If you would still like to cancel your subscription, store credit equal to the value of the remainder of your subscription order will be issued to you.
